Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. If you would like to return your item, please email us at [email protected] prior to starting your return.
To start your return:
Log in to your account located here, or navigate to the account button at the top of this screen:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive your refund.
Exchange Policy
Yes. If you would like to start an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order # and exchange details.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship orders worldwide.
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once your return reaches our warehouse.
Still need support? Send us an email at [email protected] —we’ll need your return ID or order ID, full name, email address, country of residence, and the item(s) that were returned.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days.
Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

What is Route?
Route automatically connects to everything you’ve ordered from all your favorite retailers while allowing you to visually track your packages, anytime, anywhere. Add Route Package Protection at checkout with partnered merchants and unlock full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues.
How do I file a claim?
Go toclaims.route.com. Note: We refund the cost of the item(s) alone when approved. Taxes and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay custom/duty fees.
How can I track my deliveries on the Route mobile app?
You can view your deliveries in the Route mobile app to get a real-time view of where all of your packages are. On the MAP screen, you can swipe through cards or zoom into the map to see where packages are in-transit. Tap on a card to open up the Order Details page. You can also see a list view of all your packages on the Orders screen. From there, you can tap on orders to see the order details which will provide info around where your order is in transit. Download the Route app for the iOs on the Apple App Store or for Android on the Google Play Store.

When will I recieve my order?
*For domestic orders, standard shipping (2-6 business days) is on us! If you need your order sooner, select express or priority shipping at checkout for an additional charge.
Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date.
My package says "delivered" but I haven't received it, can you assist?
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, don’t worry—our Route Shipping Insurance can help cover lost packages. We highly recommend selecting this insurance with your purchase for peace of mind. If you have Route Insurance, you can file a claim through this link: https://claims.route.com.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders without Route Shipping Insurance.
