What is the return & exchange policy?

Domestic orders are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, click HERE.

If you opted in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal. 

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. A $10 shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund, and Beldrie will provide the shipping label.

The Beldrie Bundle is exchange-only and not eligible for refunds.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

For domestic orders, shipping is on us! If we receive your order before 12PM EST, we aim to get it out to you same day. If recieved after 12PM EST, it will ship out the next day.

My package has been lost, damaged or stolen. What do I do?

If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected! With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it at no additional charge to you. To start a shipping claim, please click HERE.
