1.
Palm facing you, place the ball on top of the tee in between your pointer and middle finger.
2.
With one foot in front of the other, lean (don't squat) over and place the tee with the ball in the ground
3.
Check your tee height. This varies by person and based on the club being used, but the following is a good rule of thumb:
Driver: 1.5 in
3-wood: .5 in
Iron: .25 in
Use the markings on the tee as height reference based on YOUR preference (e.g., sink the tee to the white line)
